With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, Luke has a wealth of knowledge working with a variety of clientele. Ranging from corrective exercise and rehabilitation to sport performance and athletic training.
Luke enjoys working closely with clients, striving to get the best out people. His relaxed coaching style and personal touch combined with his ability to help those overcome injury means you can work towards your goals and around limitations.
Some of his personal highlights include helping a client lose 5 stone in 3 months, program design and private session helping children with cerebral palsy and working with his wife who has gone from being diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome to a recognised British Weightlifter and one of the top CrossFit athletes in the UK.
Harry Palmer - COACH
Harry’s expertise in sports and fitness comes from his military background. He is Co-founder of CrossFit Swindon and a qualified Army Physical Training Instructor and personal trainer.
He knows what it takes to reach peak physical condition from his own experience, training in the British Army for deployment to Afghanistan as an infantry soldier. He is dedicated to passing on his knowledge and skills for the benefit of others, who want to reach new levels of fitness and wellbeing.
One of Harry's areas of expertise is Strongman training, a true test of functional strength. This coupled with his experience in endurance training gives him the perfect blend of skills to help people overcome any physical challenge.
Cheryl Loxton - COACH
Cheryl is an award-winning personal trainer and brings over a decade of experience working in the fitness industry. She has a huge passion for group fitness and specialises in pre and post-natal exercise.
Since joining the team is 2017, she's proven her dedication and brings enthusiasm and energy to every session. Her love for CrossFit is rooted in the team spirit and bringing people together to achieve their goals.
