FOUNDATIONS COURSE
Foundations is our entry requirements before joining our WOD (Workout Of the Day) classes. These classes focus on a variety of movements common in our programming as well as other supplementary movements and coached in a small group environment. Over the two classes you will build your confidence and technique and make your progression a-lot safer. Movements are coached with light loads and at a slower pace. We will also build up your fitness with a scaled down (WOD). This is great prep for you to smash any of our WOD classes.

PRIVATE FOUNDATIONS COURSE
The Private Foundations Course is ideal for anyone looking to fast track their introduction in to CrossFit. We can schedule the session to suit your schedule and split the classes however you choose, with the added benefit of concentrating on particular areas you would like to improve.

WOD ( Workout Of the Day )
Our main Crossfit class focusing on the main principles of the CF methodology. Constantly Varied Functional Movements performed at high intensity. How our classes differs to most, is that we focus on giving you an hour of expert coaching, simple effective programming and not cramming your hour with unnecessary amounts of volume. We vary different type of fitness, skills and lengths of time we work, to create a training program to take on life’s demands and help you look and feel great.
